About the Role

Novexa Solution is looking for an experienced and visionary
Business Development Manager – Digital Marketing
to join as a
partner
in scaling up our business. The ideal candidate will bring
5–10 years of proven experience
in business development, sales, and client handling, with a strong track record of generating revenue in the digital marketing space. This role offers not just a career opportunity, but also a
long-term business partnership
for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth by identifying, developing, and closing new client opportunities in digital marketing and web development.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence and build long-term client relationships.
  • Handle the full sales cycle including prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, client meetings, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business goals with service delivery in areas like
    Meta Ads, Google Ads, SMM, and Web Development
    .
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team as the business scales.
  • Negotiate partnerships, proposals, and contracts with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain a forward-looking approach to
    scaling operations and business growth
    .

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of proven experience
    in business development, sales, or client handling, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Meta Ads, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing (SMM), and Web Development services
    .
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Leadership skills
    with the ability to build and manage teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with
    cold calling
    and
    email tools
    (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Apollo, or similar).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the willingness to take ownership and grow as a partner.
  • Long-term vision and commitment to scaling the business.
