Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Officer, located in Lahore. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for overseeing HR management, formulating and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and developing job descriptions. Daily tasks include ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing recruitment processes, and handling employee grievances and disputes. Additionally, the HR Officer will work on improving employee satisfaction, conducting performance evaluations, and maintaining employee records.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) related tasks
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and the ability to develop and implement them
  • Strong skills in Employee Relations management
  • Proficiency in Job Description Development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the telecom industry is a plus
