Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Human Resources (HR) Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of progressive HR experience, demonstrating expertise in HR operations, employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and policy implementation. This role requires a strong understanding of HR best practices and labor regulations, with the ability to support organizational growth and foster a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and values.
  • Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration in collaboration with finance and leadership.
  • Manage performance appraisal cycles and support leadership in employee development and succession planning.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the organization.
  • Maintain and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and organizational charts.
  • Handle complex employee relations issues with professionalism, confidentiality, and fairness.
  • Utilize HR systems (HRIS) to maintain accurate employee records and generate reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's or HR certifications like SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR preferred).
  • 5–10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple HR functions and work cross-functionally.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in change management and organizational development.
  • Background in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with global HR practices (if applicable).
