Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Human Resources Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the HR department's initiatives and ensuring smooth HR operations. You will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management. As an Associate HR Officer, you will have the opportunity to work closely with different departments, enhancing your understanding of organizational needs and contributing to a positive workplace culture. You will be responsible for maintaining personnel records, assisting in the development of HR policies, and facilitating communication between staff and management.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up to date and compliant with relevant regulations.
  • Support performance management processes by assisting with performance reviews and feedback sessions.
  • Help organize training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and career progression.
  • Address and resolve employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with team members on various HR projects to improve employee engagement and organizational culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-6 months of experience in relevant role.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
