  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Answer client inquiries regarding properties, availability, and pricing.
  • Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
  • Schedule property viewings and appointments.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM.
  • Provide exceptional customer support to enhance client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in call center, telemarketing, or customer service (real estate background is a plus).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple calls and tasks simultaneously.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-driven.
