We are looking for a
Tech Support Specialist
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is experienced, proactive, and confident in handling customers across multiple support channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle
    live chat
    ,
    email support
    , and
    inbound calls
    professionally and efficiently.
  • Assist customers with
    return and warranty inquiries
    , especially those related to
    Amazon seller policies
    .
  • Use customer support platforms such as
    Udesk
    and
    Zendesk
    to manage tickets and maintain proper documentation.
  • Provide clear, fluent, and customer-friendly English communication at all times.
  • Meet daily/weekly performance KPIs and maintain quality standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum
    6 months of technical/customer support experience
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    Amazon seller return/warranty policies
    (or willingness to learn quickly).
  • Knowledge of
    Udesk, Zendesk
    , or similar CRM tools.
  • Fluent in English,
    written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a positive attitude.

Salary Package

  • Basic Salary:

  • Bonus:
    20 (based on KPI performance)
