We are seeking a Project Management Executive to work directly under the CEO, ensuring smooth coordination and timely execution of all internal projects. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between the CEO and various department/unit heads, monitoring project progress, resolving bottlenecks, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and deadlines.

The incumbent must have a strong understanding of project management tools and software to effectively track and manage project performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and track progress of multiple internal projects across different departments.
  • Work closely with all unit heads to ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved on time.
  • Assist the CEO in planning, prioritizing, and monitoring strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare regular project status reports and highlight risks, delays, and dependencies.
  • Follow up with departments to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Identify issues affecting project delivery and proactively recommend corrective actions.
  • Organize review meetings, document key decisions, and ensure follow-up actions are executed.
  • Support the CEO in maintaining transparency, accountability, and alignment across projects.
  • Maintain dashboards and trackers for ongoing initiatives using appropriate tools.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by the CEO related to strategic execution or coordination.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field).
  • 2–3 years of experience in project coordination, management, or operations.
  • Strong understanding and practical experience with project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Blue, etc).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Professional demeanor and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80, Rs120,000.00 per month
