Job Description :

Professional Duties and Responsibilities

Project Coordination:

  • Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for smooth execution.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation e.g., plans, reports, updates.

Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Track project progress and performance using appropriate systems/tools.
  • Prepare project status reports and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Monitor budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.

Communication & Support:

  • Act as a liaison between project stakeholders and teams.
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings, follow-ups, and communication flows.
  • Resolve issues or escalate them to the project manager as needed.

Documentation & Compliance:

  • Maintain up-to-date project documentation including contracts, reports, and logs.
  • Ensure all project activities comply with internal policies and external regulations.

Support Strategic Goals:

  • Identify risks and opportunities in project execution.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project processes and tools.
  • Support the Project Manager in achieving project and business objectives.
