Patient Care Coordinator
based in
Pakistan
to support our growing
U.S. Home Health operations
. This role involves working with our international team to manage patient coordination, documentation, and communication with therapists in the United States.

Timing : 7.30pm - 4.30am

Competitive Market Salary (Based on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and manage home health therapy documentation and patient progress notes.
  • Coordinate with U.S.-based therapists, HR, and QA departments.
  • Ensure compliance with Medicare and U.S. home health documentation standards.
  • Maintain accurate and organized patient files in EMR systems.
  • Communicate effectively with clinical and administrative teams across time zones.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors
    degree (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication skills in
    English (verbal & written)
    .
  • Prior experience in
    U.S. healthcare / home health documentation
    preferred.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work during
    U.S. Central Standard Time (CST) hours
    .
