Position Overview:

We're seeking energetic and detail-oriented Patient Service Representatives (PSRs) to join our Lahore office. As the first point of contact for patients, you'll provide exceptional virtual support to U.S. healthcare clinics, scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, verifying insurance, and ensuring every patient interaction feels seamless and professional.

Key Responsibilities:


• Manage inbound and outbound patient calls with empathy and accuracy.


• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments using the clinic's EHR system.


• Verify insurance coverage and collect/update patient information.


• Handle messages, follow-ups, and documentation requests promptly.


• Support providers with daily schedules, lab results, and referrals.


• Maintain HIPAA compliance and uphold data-security standards.

Requirements:


• At least 1 year of experience as a Patient Service Representative, Medical Receptionist, or Virtual Assistant for a U.S. healthcare provider.


• Excellent spoken and written English.


• Familiarity with EHR systems (AdvancedMD, Athena, eClinicalWorks, or similar).


• Strong multitasking, time-management, and communication skills.


• Comfortable working on-site night shifts (8 PM – 5 AM).


• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:


• Background in healthcare administration, life sciences, or nursing.


• Experience dealing with U.S. patients and insurance workflows.
