Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Services Coordinator, based in Karāchi. The Technical Services Coordinator will oversee technical support operations, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and resolution of technical issues. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating and dispatching service requests, performing pre-delivery inspections, and providing operational training. Additionally, the coordinator will manage service contracts, oversee after-sales service processes, and ensure the availability of spare parts.

  • Technical Services and Technical Support skills
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
  • Experience in coordinating with remote teams is a plus
  • Understanding of the machinery and equipment industry is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Technical Management, or related field
