Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Creative Manager, located in Karāchi. The Senior Creative Manager will oversee creative direction and strategy, ensuring the alignment of branding across all projects. Responsibilities include leading a team, managing creative workflows, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver compelling visual and strategic outputs, and ensuring timely execution of project deliverables. This position requires a balance of visionary thinking and attention to detail to produce high-quality creative solutions.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy
  • Proficiency in Branding and developing cohesive brand identities
  • Strong Project Management skills to coordinate and drive project execution
  • Experience with Graphic Design, including the ability to review and guide design elements
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to mentor creative teams and collaborate with clients
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines
  • Previous experience in marketing, advertising, or a related creative field is highly beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Business, or a related area is preferred
