  • Manage contracts, tenders, and procurement
  • Process progress payments, variations, and final accounts
  • Control material costs and negotiate with suppliers
  • Monitor project expenditures vs. budgets
  • Resolve contractual disputes and claims
  • Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and clients

Requirements:

  • Degree: BSc Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying or
    equivalent
  • Experience: 3-5 years in construction or interior design
