Job Description:

Outbound Calling Agent (Night Shift) (06:00 PM to 03:00 AM)

Office Located in DHA Phase 6, Lahore.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Calling Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a keen understanding of customer service and sales techniques. Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of medical billing.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote products, services, or gather information.
  • Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline to ensure targets and quotas are met.
  • Utilize excellent communication skills to engage with clients, address their needs, and provide solutions.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Accurately enter and update customer information in the CRM system.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions.
  • Utilize knowledge of medical billing processes to assist clients in the healthcare industry.
  • Provide accurate information regarding billing procedures and insurance claims.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve overall company goals.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve performance and share best practices.

Requirements:

  • O/A Level of education or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a medical Billing campaign is preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical billing and insurance processes is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
