About the Role:

ATU Logistics is hiring enthusiastic and results-driven Logistics Sales Agents to join our dynamic night shift sales team in Lahore. This position focuses on building long-term relationships with international clients, promoting freight and logistics services, and driving business growth through proactive communication and strategic sales outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to international clients (mainly US and Canada) to introduce logistics and freight forwarding services.
  • Identify potential customers, generate qualified leads, and convert them into active accounts.
  • Understand customer shipping needs and provide customized logistics solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing, service terms, and close deals to achieve monthly sales goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and deals in CRM / sales tracking systems.
  • Coordinate with the dispatch, operations, and support teams to ensure service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.
  • Stay updated on freight rates, routes, and global shipping trends.
  • Handle client concerns promptly and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss sales strategies and performance improvements.

Requirements:

  • Experience in logistics sales, freight brokerage, or international BPO preferred.
  • Excellent English communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong ability to generate leads and work under target-driven environments.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Excel, and online communication platforms.
  • A proactive, confident, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Available for full-time night shift (on-site – Lahore).
