Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize executive schedules, meetings, and appointments
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and discretion
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for executives
  • Assist in managing office operations and ensuring smooth workflow
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Support senior management with special projects and tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • High level of professionalism and discretion
  • Comfortable with travel and on-the-ground support throughout the trip
