Position Overview:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Islamabad. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career marketer with a strong interest in SEO, content publishing, and digital marketing. You'll play a key role in supporting ongoing marketing initiatives, from optimising website content and publishing blogs to assisting with email and social media campaigns, ensuring The Accounting People's digital presence continues to thrive. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for someone with 1+ years of relevant experience and a desire to grow within a people-first, forward-thinking firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct keyword research and optimise on-page SEO elements (meta titles, descriptions, internal links).
  • Perform regular SEO health checks and apply technical fixes (broken links, speed, indexing, schema).
  • Implement and monitor technical SEO improvements for better site performance.
  • Support off-page SEO activities including backlink outreach, citations, and guest posting.
  • Upload and format blogs, pages, and web content in WordPress/Elementor.
  • Repurpose website content for social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and schedule via Buffer.
  • Assist with Mailchimp email campaigns, ensuring accuracy and proper tracking (UTMs).
  • Monitor and report performance using Google Search Console and GA4.
  • Maintain marketing trackers, checklists, and ensure timely task completion.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Lead to support SEO and digital marketing campaigns.

Content & Social Media Management

  • Upload and format blogs, landing pages, and web content, ensuring proper keyword placement and readability.
  • Repurpose blog and website content into engaging social media posts for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Schedule and monitor posts using tools like Buffer, maintaining a consistent posting cadence.
  • Write or edit social captions and short copy, aligned with brand tone and visual identity.

Reporting & Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Lead to execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Prepare basic SEO and performance reports using GA4, GSC, and other tools.
  • Maintain organised task trackers and performance logs, ensuring all deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Contribute creative ideas to improve website visibility, engagement, and brand awareness.
