About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Manager to support the operations, sales strategy, and growth initiatives of our Strategic Growth Business Unit (SGBU). This role involves close collaboration with sales leadership, cross-functional teams, and client stakeholders to drive revenue, optimize processes, and expand market opportunities.

Responsibilities:


• Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, coach, and mentor sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment.


• Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement operating plans, target account business plans, and sales strategies to drive revenue, services, and profit growth.


• Customer & Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and vendors to optimize joint selling opportunities and ensure high customer satisfaction.


• Performance Management: Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide feedback to help team members develop.


• Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales team, ensuring efficient execution of sales processes and managing resources effectively.


• Market & Product Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to understand key customer segments and develop effective value propositions.


• Internal Collaboration: Work with various internal departments, such as Professional Services, Marketing, and other sales teams, to ensure alignment and support for sales objectives.


• Sales Reporting & Analytics: Track sales pipeline, log activities in CRM, and use data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
