Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, driving them to exceed quotas and maximize sales performance.
- Identify and target potential clients, establish negotiations, and close deals to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities, adjusting sales strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, forecasts, and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role within a sales department.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing and developing sales teams.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive strategic decision-making.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience with sales software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
