Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Officer IE, located in Lahore District. The Senior Officer IE will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing the industrial engineering activities in the company. This includes optimizing production processes, improving efficiency, monitoring compliance with industry standards, conducting time and motion studies, and preparing reports on production data. The role also involves collaborating with the production team to enhance productivity and ensure quality standards are maintained.

Qualifications

  • Experience in industrial engineering and production optimization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for conducting time and motion studies
  • Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in data analysis and report preparation
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in the textile industry is a plus
