Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using
    PHP (CakePHP framework)
    .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and secure software solutions.
  • Work with databases such as
    MySQL
    .
  • Integrate third-party APIs, including
    healthcare-related APIs (HL7, EDI, etc.)
    .
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for better performance.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to the development team.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience
    in PHP development, with expertise in
    CakePHP
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    MVC architecture, OOP principles, and RESTful APIs
    .
  • Experience working with
    MySQL databases
    .
  • Familiarity with
    frontend technologies
    (JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap).
  • Experience in integrating
    third-party APIs
    and working with web services.
  • Knowledge of
    version control systems
    (Git).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a
    fast-paced, agile
    development environment.
  • Bonus:
    Experience with
    healthcare integrations (EDI, EMR/EHR systems, RCM applications)
    is a strong plus.
