Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Specialist (Office Administration & IT) at Mergestack, located in Lahore. The Specialist will be responsible for handling daily administrative tasks, including managing office operations, assisting with accounting duties, and providing top-notch customer service. Additionally, the Specialist will be responsible for coordinating IT support and resolving technical issues as they arise.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Office Administration and Administrative Assistance tasks
  • Basic Accounting knowledge
  • Proficiency in IT support and technical issue resolution
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field is a plus
