Role Description:

The Ecommerce Executive will be responsible for managing our online sales presence across various eCommerce platforms, including Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Shopify and Woocommerce. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with hands-on experience in product hunting, listings and optimization, Sourcing, inventory control, order processing and fulfillment, customer service, market analysis, promotional strategies, and ensuring compliance with platform policies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Listing & Optimization

  • Create, manage, and optimize product listings on Amazon and other eCommerce platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to increase visibility and rankings.
  • Ensure product content (titles, descriptions, images) is accurate, engaging, and up to date.
  • Update listings regularly based on performance insights and market trends.

2. Inventory Management

  • Monitor stock levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and warehouses for timely restocking.
  • Use inventory tools to track movement and forecast demand.
  • Manage inbound and outbound shipment tracking with fulfillment partners.

3. Order Fulfillment & Processing

  • Oversee the entire order lifecycle, from purchase to delivery.
  • Liaise with fulfillment centers and shipping carriers for timely dispatch.
  • Resolve issues related to order delays, cancellations, or returns.
  • Maintain detailed records of all transactions and logistics activities.

4. Customer Service

  • Provide responsive support for inquiries, complaints, and returns.
  • Manage pre- and post-purchase communications professionally.
  • Monitor reviews to identify improvement areas and customer sentiments.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

5. Market Research & Analytics

  • Conduct competitor and trend analysis to guide business decisions.
  • Analyze sales and performance data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare performance reports and recommend improvements.

6. Marketing & Promotions

  • Plan and execute promotional strategies to boost visibility and sales.
  • Manage PPC and sponsored ad campaigns on Amazon and related platforms.
  • Work with marketing teams to create compelling campaign assets.
  • Track and optimize campaign performance for ROI.

7. Compliance & Policy Adherence

  • Ensure all operations comply with marketplace rules and guidelines.
  • Stay informed about policy updates and adjust workflows accordingly.
  • Manage IP issues, disputes, and implement proactive compliance strategies.
  • Minimize risk of account suspensions through regular audits and preventive actions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1.5 years of proven experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong familiarity with Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and other eCommerce platforms.
  • Solid understanding of SEO and keyword optimization tools.
  • Proficiency in inventory control and order management.
  • Strong analytical abilities and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Knowledge of eCommerce compliance and policy standards.
