Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Order Taker at our Lahore District location. The Order Taker will be responsible for promptly and accurately taking customer orders, ensuring outstanding customer service, and handling special requests or dietary requirements. The role involves effective communication with kitchen staff for order execution, assisting with menu inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming dining environment.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and active listening skills to engage with customers professionally
- Experience in Sales and providing customer-focused service
- Basic understanding of Food & Beverage industry standards and practices
- Proven ability to follow Training and guidelines to enhance service quality
- Positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Prior experience in a restaurant setting or customer service role is an advantage
