Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security GRC Specialist to lead governance, risk, and compliance consulting projects. The role requires strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and regulations in the Middle East, with a focus on designing, implementing, and monitoring GRC programs that enhance organizational resilience and regulatory alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance programs.
  • Align policies and controls with regional standards (NCA ECC, SAMA CSF, NDMO, NCEMA, NESA, PDPL) and international frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST CSF).
  • Conduct risk assessments, maturity assessments, and compliance reviews.
  • Support ICFR, BCM, and cyber resilience programs.
  • Oversee incident governance, vulnerability management, and third-party risk.
  • Prepare executive reports and dashboards for management and regulators.
  • Deliver cybersecurity awareness and training initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 7–8 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of Middle East regulatory frameworks and standards.
  • Certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CRISC, ISO 27001 LA/LI preferred.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience with GRC platforms and tools is an advantage.
