We are looking for a responsible and experienced Security Supervisor to manage and oversee the performance of security guards at various sites. The ideal candidate will ensure proper discipline, punctuality, and effective security operations while maintaining client satisfaction and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor daily activities of security guards at assigned sites.
  • Prepare and manage duty rosters, attendance, and site inspection reports.
  • Conduct random site visits and ensure guards are in proper uniform and on duty.
  • Train and guide new security personnel on duties and safety protocols.
  • Handle emergencies, incidents, and reporting to management on time.
  • Communicate regularly with clients and respond to their security concerns.
  • Maintain records, reports, and perform basic computer data entry.
  • Ensure company rules, procedures, and safety standards are followed.

Requirements:

  • Education: FA / BA (Intermediate or Bachelor's degree).
  • Age: 30 to 40 years.
  • Experience: 2–5 years of experience as a Security Supervisor or in a similar role.
  • Location: Must be based in or near Rawalpindi / Islamabad.
  • License: Valid Motorcycle or Vehicle Driving License (must own a motorcycle).
  • Skills:
  • Basic computer operation (MS Word, Excel, Email).
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage teams and work under pressure.
  • Physically fit and punctual.
