Job Title: Receptionist & Computer Operator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart, organized, and customer-friendly individual to manage front-desk operations and handle basic computer tasks. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, answer phone calls, manage correspondence, and perform data entry and other clerical duties efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Manage daily email and postal correspondence.
  • Maintain visitor records and ensure security protocols are followed.
  • Perform data entry, typing, and document formatting using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Prepare and maintain records, reports, and files as needed.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
  • Operate office equipment such as computers, printers, scanners, and photocopiers.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks and support other departments when required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Good typing speed and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or computer operator is an advantage.

Work Environment:

  • Office-based role with interaction with staff and clients.
  • Requires attention to detail and a customer-service mindset.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From Rs25,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 49 per week
