We're Hiring: Amazon Sales Executive (On-Site | Full-Time)

Salary:
PKR 75,000+ (Depending on experience)

We are looking for a motivated and experienced
Amazon Sales Executive
to join our growing e-commerce team. This is a full-time, on-site position for professionals who are passionate about Amazon account management and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of Amazon Seller Central accounts to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, product rankings, margins, and advertising spend.
  • Maintain account health by monitoring key metrics and ensuring compliance with Amazon policies.
  • Identify sales or performance issues and escalate them to the Manager with recommended actions.
  • Optimize product listings (titles, images, descriptions, keywords) to improve visibility and conversion.
  • Conduct competitor monitoring, including pricing, promotions, and product positioning.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, PPC, Content, and Design teams to execute campaigns and listing enhancements.
  • Identify underperforming listings and apply corrective strategies to boost performance.
  • Research new products and assist in product launches.
  • Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and actionable recommendations.
  • Plan and execute preparations for upcoming deals and seasonal promotions.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring timely and accurate task completion.
  • Apply marketing insights to analyze listings and collaborate with the Marketing Department to improve results.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum
    Bachelor's degree
    (BS IT preferred).
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience
    in Amazon account management or e-commerce operations.
