is an early-stage AI automation agency focused on helping small and medium businesses increase revenue and reduce operational costs through custom AI-powered solutions.

This is NOT a traditional job - this is a co-founder opportunity for someone ready to build from scratch.
The Reality Check

What You'll Own & Build

Sales & Business Development (Month 1-2):

  • Design and execute lead generation strategies from zero
  • Handle all outreach personally - no sales team to rely on
  • Close deals and generate revenue to fund company growth
  • Work directly in the trenches, not from behind a desk

Product Intelligence & Market Research:

  • Listen to prospects and customers to identify pain points
  • Feed critical insights to our product team for continuous improvement
  • Refine our messaging based on real market feedback
  • Validate and pivot our business model as needed

Problem-Solving Leadership:

  • Tackle challenges with existing resources, no excuses
  • Find creative solutions rather than pointing out problems

  • Take calculated risks and navigate uncertainty

What You Must Bring

Essential Experience:

  • 3+ years B2B sales experience (service/SaaS preferred)
  • Proven track record with cold outreach and closing deals
  • Genuine startup experience or strong entrepreneurial background
