Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Specialist, located in Karāchi. The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for managing and creating content for social media platforms, executing social media marketing strategies, and analyzing social media performance. Daily tasks include scheduling posts, engaging with the audience, monitoring trends, and collaborating with other team members to enhance digital marketing efforts.

Qualifications

  • Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Marketing skills
  • Social Media Content Creation and Communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to measure and report on social media performance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience with social media platforms and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience in the human resource or consultancy industry is a plus
