We are a growing company in the US healthcare EHR space, and we need a talented individual who can help us manage both technical projects and team operations seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Project Coordinator:
    Coordinate and oversee technical projects, ensuring that development milestones are met and that communication flows smoothly between engineering teams.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
    Take the lead on recruiting technical talent, working closely with the CTO to identify hiring needs, screen candidates, and onboard new team members.
  • Team Support and HR Coordination:
    Act as a go-to person for day-to-day HR-related tasks, such as facilitating performance reviews, helping resolve minor team issues, and ensuring a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of technical experience in software development or a similar field.
  • Proven experience in managing technical projects, ideally in a healthcare or EHR context.
  • Some hands-on experience with recruitment or HR processes—this could be anything from interviewing candidates to onboarding and helping with team development.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to balance technical and people-oriented tasks.
