Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end technical projects related to the e-commerce platform.
  • Lead agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming).
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Maintain project timelines, resource plans, and status updates.
  • Monitor sprint progress and help remove roadblocks for the development team.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and change requests.
  • Maintain project documentation including timelines, user stories, and technical specifications.
  • Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear communication.
  • Track KPIs and performance metrics to continuously improve project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role within the tech or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong understanding and practical experience in Scrum and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience managing web and mobile development projects (especially e-commerce platforms).
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable language for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or other Agile certifications.
  • Background in software development or QA.
  • Experience with Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or custom-built e-commerce platforms.
