About the Role

We're looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Chat Support Associate to join our growing customer support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers through live chat, helping them resolve issues, answer questions, and provide a smooth, positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, messaging platforms, and email.
  • Provide clear, accurate, and professional support for customer questions and concerns.
  • Troubleshoot basic product or service issues and escalate as needed.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through empathy and effective communication.
  • Document interactions, issues, and resolutions in internal systems.
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer experience.
  • Meet performance metrics such as response time, quality, and customer satisfaction scores.

Qualifications

  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations at once.
  • Comfortable using customer service tools, CRM platforms, and chat software.
  • Previous customer service experience (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional service.

  • Basic technical troubleshooting abilities.
