What You'll Be Doing

As our Senior Lead Software Engineer, you will be the technical captain steering our projects to success. Your work will span:

  • Translating big-picture goals into concrete, secure, and efficient solutions

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Drive multiple high-value projects from concept to launch
  • Translate business needs into actionable, high-quality technical plans
  • Build and maintain robust, modern tech stacks
  • Set coding standards and lead by example with your own code
  • Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and guide career growth
  • Manage clients and stakeholders with clear, solution-oriented communication
  • Keep processes agile, adaptive, and efficient
  • Stay ahead of the curve by adopting emerging technologies

Your Technical Toolkit

  • – Mastery in building responsive, scalable frontends
  • – Expertise in secure, high-performance backend services
  • Python – Skilled in APIs, backend services, and data-heavy applications
  • GraphQL – Advanced schema design and query optimization
  • Software Architecture – Proven track record in designing complex systems
  • SRS Expertise – Capable of creating, analyzing, and managing Software Requirements Specifications
  • Cloud Platforms – AWS, Azure, or GCP experience for deployment and scaling
  • Databases – Strong grasp of SQL & NoSQL systems
