Technical Lead / Senior Backend Developer
with deep expertise in
Java (J2EE)

What You'll Do

  • Lead the
    design and development of microservices
    using Java (J2EE) & Spring Boot
  • Build and optimize RESTful APIs
    for internal and external integrations
  • Work hands-on with
    AWS services
    (EC2, RDS, S3, Cognito, MSK/Kafka, etc.)
  • Design efficient database schemas
    and perform
    advanced database operations
    (query optimization, indexing, transactions, etc.)
  • Collaborate with
    Frontend, DevOps, QA, and Product
    teams to deliver high-quality releases
  • Implement
    CI/CD pipelines
    using Jenkins & manage deployments with Docker
  • Conduct
    code reviews
    , mentor developers, and ensure system scalability & performance
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and continuously improve system reliability

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years
    of backend development experience with
    Java (J2EE)
  • Strong expertise in
    Spring Boot
    and
    microservices architecture
  • Tremendous skills with databases
    — SQL/NoSQL, schema design, stored procedures, and query tuning
  • Hands-on experience with
    AWS
    ,
    Docker
    , and
    Jenkins
  • Proficient in
    Git
    ,
    JIRA
    , and
    Agile/Scrum
    workflows
  • Excellent
    problem-solving, analytical, and debugging
    abilities
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills
  • Immediate joiners required

Bonus Points

  • Experience in
