, you will identify high-potential opportunities, nurture client relationships, and convert leads into long-term partnerships. You'll serve as a growth catalyst, playing a key role in strategically scaling our business.
What You'll Do
- Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients
- Develop compelling proposals, pitch presentations, and winning strategies
- Collaborate with the Account Manager and Sales Coordinator for seamless client onboarding
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Contribute innovative ideas to strengthen business development and revenue generation
Key KPIs (Performance Metrics)
- Lead Generation:
Generate 20–30 qualified leads per month - Meetings & Demos:
Schedule and conduct client meetings and product demonstrations - Conversion Rate:
Convert a high percentage of leads into paying clients - Revenue Growth:
Direct contribution to monthly and quarterly sales targets - Client Retention:

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
- Experience with digital marketing and client-facing roles is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM systems
