Your Mission

As a
Sales
Business Development Executive
at
9Xero
, you will identify high-potential opportunities, nurture client relationships, and convert leads into long-term partnerships. You'll serve as a growth catalyst, playing a key role in strategically scaling our business.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients
  • Develop compelling proposals, pitch presentations, and winning strategies
  • Collaborate with the Account Manager and Sales Coordinator for seamless client onboarding
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
  • Contribute innovative ideas to strengthen business development and revenue generation

Key KPIs (Performance Metrics)

  • Lead Generation:
    Generate 20–30 qualified leads per month
  • Meetings & Demos:
    Schedule and conduct client meetings and product demonstrations
  • Conversion Rate:
    Convert a high percentage of leads into paying clients
  • Revenue Growth:
    Direct contribution to monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Client Retention:
    Foster long-term client engagement and satisfaction
  • Proposal Success Rate:
    Optimize the ratio of proposals sent to deals closed
  • Pipeline Management:
    Maintain accurate and timely updates in CRM

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
  • Experience with digital marketing and client-facing roles is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM systems
