Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Understand customer needs and provide expert product recommendations.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of sanitary and tile products, features, and benefits.
  • Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment.
  • Effectively handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product developments.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the sanitary and tile industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.
  • Good with area calculations and conversions
