Job Description:

We are urgently seeking a motivated and experienced Telemarketer Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in cold calling, customer service, or telemarketing, with the ability to communicate effectively in fluent English. This role is focused on engaging international clients, generating leads, and supporting our digital marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to generate business opportunities.
  • Communicate professionally with international clients via phone and email.
  • Identify client needs and provide appropriate information or solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support digital campaigns and lead generation strategies.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a cold caller, telemarketer, or customer service representative.
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with international clients is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and services is a plus.
  • Ability to work night shifts (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM) consistently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
