Role Overview:

We are urgently looking for a Global Client Engagement Executive who will be responsible for engaging international clients, generating leads, and supporting our marketing initiatives. This role requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a night-shift schedule.

What You'll Do:

  • Make outbound calls to international clients to generate leads and business opportunities.
  • Respond to client inquiries professionally and promptly via phone or email.
  • Understand client requirements and provide solutions aligned with our services.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities.
  • Support digital marketing campaigns by identifying potential clients and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve engagement strategies and client experience.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a cold caller, telemarketer, or customer service representative.
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working with international clients preferred.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Ability to work night shifts (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM) consistently.
