About the role:

We've landed MJM Solar (Australia) and are scaling outbound telemarketing to Australian homeowners and businesses. You'll be the primary voice for MJM Solar — making outbound calls, qualifying leads, booking appointments, and driving conversions while representing a premium solar brand. This role requires excellent spoken English and availability to work Pakistan-morning shifts that overlap Australian business hours.

Key responsibilities:

Make high-volume outbound calls to Australian prospects (homeowners, businesses) to promote MJM Solar offerings.

Qualify leads, set appointments, and pass qualified leads to sales teams in Australia.

Maintain accurate CRM records and follow lead nurturing procedures.

Handle objections professionally and answer product/service queries.

Achieve daily/weekly call, lead and appointment targets.

Coordinate with Sales & Campaign Managers for call scripts, reporting, and feedback.

Provide daily reports and follow-up logs to management.

Requirements:

Language: Excellent spoken English — neutral / clear accent suitable for Australian customers.

Experience: Minimum 6 months – 1 year experience in solar telemarketing campaigns is required. (Experience with international / Australian campaigns preferred.)

Availability: Must work Pakistan morning shift to overlap Australian business hours (example: 08:00–16:00 PKT ≈ 13:00–21:00 AEST/AEDT).

Comfortable with targets, confident on the phone, and able to handle rejection.

Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM systems.

Professional, punctual, and target-driven attitude.

Preferred:

1+ years overall outbound telemarketing / international campaign experience.

Familiarity with Australian market and customer expectations.

Experience and knowledge about different CRMs.

KPIs / What success looks like:

Number of dials / day and qualified leads generated.

Appointments booked and conversion-ready leads.

CRM accuracy and timely reporting.

Meeting or exceeding weekly/monthly targets.
