About the Role

Mechatron-DM is looking for a motivated
Business Developer
to join our team This opportunity starts with a
3-month paid internship
and transitions into a
full-time role
based on performance.

As a Business Developer, you'll be at the heart of our growth efforts, generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, and building relationships that expand our client base. This is an exciting chance to gain hands-on experience in
sales, marketing, and client engagement
while learning directly from industry experts.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and extract high-quality leads across relevant industries.
  • Reach out to prospects through
    Email Marketing, LinkedIn Outreach, and Cold Calls
    .
  • Professionally represent Mechatron-DM in client communications.
  • Use
    CRM tools
    to manage leads and maintain client relationships.
  • Schedule meetings between prospects and senior team members.
  • Keep organized records of outreach and follow-ups.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong
    English communication skills
    (spoken & written).
  • Good
    persuasion, time management, and organizational skills
    .
  • Basic computer skills
  • Bachelor's in Business-related fields
    (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Management) preferred but not mandatory.
  • No prior experience required — we'll train you
