We are one of the leading pharmaceutical company in Pakistan. We require energetic and self-motivated individual for the following position to be based at Lahore.
Accounts & Admin Officer
Qualification:
- B.com / BBA
Experience:
- 1-2 years
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records in line with company policies and accounting standards.
- Manage petty cash, daily expenses, and vendor accounts including invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
- Perform monthly/annual account reconciliations and support financial closing.
- Follow up on outstanding customer balances with Sales and Recovery teams.
- Provide documentation support for audits.
- Oversee office administration, facility management, supplies, and documentation control.
- Manage fixed assets with proper tagging, tracking, and verification.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Support interdepartmental communication, reporting, and administrative tasks.
Skills:
- Strong organizational, analytic, and time management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP / Accounting Software.
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
