Product Sales & Business Development Executive

.
Role Summary:
You will be responsible for
managing and growing our Product Sales Division
– ensuring smooth execution from
customer inquiry to delivery
, while expanding our market presence through strategic business development initiatives.
Responsibilities:
1. Product Sales & Client Consultation
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, website, social media, and exhibitions.
- Provide
technical and commercial consultation
to clients during pre-sales discussions. - Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and share product datasheets.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM for every lead, quote, and client interaction.
- Follow up with clients to
close deals efficiently
and ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Local Procurement
- Source products from local suppliers to fulfill orders when stock is unavailable.
- Negotiate pricing and delivery timelines while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain a
preferred vendor list
and identify alternative suppliers for key items.
3. Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate with logistics partners for smooth pickups and deliveries.
- Ensure correct packaging, labeling, and documentation for each shipment.
- Track deliveries and update customers on order status.
4. Business Development
- Identify
new markets, industries, and client segments
for growth. - Participate in exhibitions, webinars, and B2B meetings to generate leads.
- Suggest promotional campaigns or bundled solutions to improve conversions.
- Conduct competitive research to keep offerings
relevant and competitive
.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience
in Sales, Manufacturing, or 3D Printing industries. - Degree in
Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or Manufacturing-related disciplines
. - Passion for
technology, manufacturing, and innovative solutions
. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Sales-driven mindset with attention to detail and customer experience.
