Export Manager - Onsite

Company Description:
A well-established pharmaceutical company in Pakistan, operating since 1948, with a strong focus on human healthcare and a legacy of quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow international pharmaceutical sales through existing and new distributor partnerships.

  • Ensure compliance with DRAP export requirements, GMP/WHO standards, and Ministry of Health (MOH) registration processes in target countries.

  • Coordinate export documentation, product registration, shipping logistics, and regulatory filings.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (regulatory affairs, production, QA/QC, logistics) to ensure timely and compliant export operations.

  • Develop and implement market entry strategies for new regions.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas distributors and regulatory authorities.

  • Monitor and analyze export trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Business, International Trade, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical exports.

  • Strong knowledge of international pharmaceutical trade, including DRAP, GMP/WHO, and MOH registration systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic or French is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage distributors across diverse cultural backgrounds.

  • Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
