We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & IT Coordinator to support our sales team and manage IT-related tasks. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between the sales operations and IT support, ensuring smooth workflow and effective client communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, proposals, and client documentation.
  • Coordinate with clients regarding inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales support.
  • Maintain CRM/ERP records, sales reports, and databases.
  • Provide basic IT support (hardware/software troubleshooting, network issues, system updates).
  • Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment and software requirements.
  • Support digital tools, email systems, and ensure smooth IT operations for the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • Prior experience in sales coordination and IT support preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, CRM/ERP systems, and networking basics.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
