We are seeking an experienced
Senior Data Catalog & Quality Specialist
to support the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of data quality and data governance practices across key enterprise data domains. This role plays a critical part in ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance in line with
NDMO, NDI, and SAMA
standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and monitor data quality rules, controls, and processes across critical data domains.
  • Perform data profiling to identify data quality issues, anomalies, and gaps.
  • Design, develop, and maintain data cleansing, validation, and standardization rules using
    Informatica Data Quality (IDQ)
    or similar tools.
  • Support the setup and maintenance of data quality dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with data stewards, data owners, and senior stakeholders to identify root causes and support remediation plans.
  • Contribute to enterprise data cataloging initiatives, including metadata management and business glossary alignment.
  • Ensure data governance and quality practices comply with
    NDMO, NDI, and SAMA
    regulatory requirements.
  • Support audits, assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives related to data quality and governance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in data quality, data governance, or related data management roles.
  • Hands-on experience with
    Informatica Data Quality (IDQ)
    or equivalent data quality tools.
  • Strong understanding of data profiling, validation, cleansing, and monitoring techniques.
  • Experience working in regulated environments, preferably banking or financial services.
  • Knowledge of Saudi data regulations and standards (
    NDMO, NDI, SAMA
    ) is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
