About the Position.Sr. Manager Marketing/Head of Marketing.

We are looking to onboard an experienced Sr- Manager Marketing/Head of Marketing, a leader with a strong background in Digital Marketing, Brand Management and Conventional Marketing (ATL & BTL).

The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in planning, executing and optimising 360-degree marketing campaigns in fast pace industries such as FMCG, Retail, Consumer Electronics or E- Commerce. Role Description. Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals.Drive digital marketing initiatives including performance marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, influencer collaborations, and content strategy.Plan and execute ATL activities: TVCs, radio, print, OOH, sponsorships, and brand awareness campaigns.Lead BTL activities: in-store branding, trade marketing, activation campaigns, POS material, and promotional events.Manage Brand Positioning, communication and product launch strategiesOversee Market Research, competitive analysis and consumer insights. Collaborate with cross functional teams including sales, Product, E- Commerce to ensure cohesive brand execution. Monitor Marketing Budgets, campaign effectiveness ROI and performance Metrics. Lead and mentor the marketing team to ensure high performance, creativity, and professionalism.Requirements Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.12-15 years of relevant experience in FMCG, Consumer Electronics, Retail, or E-commerce sectors.Strong command of Digital Marketing Strategy, including analytics and performance-driven techniques.Demonstrated success in ATL / BTL campaign planning and execution.Proven ability to manage large-scale campaigns and high-impact brand initiatives.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy.
