BPro Hubs is looking for a ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and other financial data.
  • Record journal entries and assist with day-to-day financial transactions.
  • Help manage accounts receivable and accounts payable operations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for documentation and data accuracy.
  • Provide assistance during audits by preparing necessary documentation.
  • Participate in improving financial processes and reporting systems.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Finance Manager or senior finance team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 0–6 months of relevant experience (internship or entry-level role preferred).
  • Sound understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP/accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Odoo, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a dynamic environment.
  • Creative approach to improving processes and enhancing team efficiency.
