About The Role
We are looking for an Associate Accounts & Finance Executive to support day-to-day accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with accounting entries, and a willingness to learn and grow in the finance domain.

*Responsibilities:*

  • Assist in maintaining books of accounts and recording daily transactions
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
  • Prepare and post journal entries, vouchers, and invoices
  • Assist in bank reconciliation statements
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Help in preparing financial reports and MIS
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
  • Assist in GST/TDS data preparation and basic compliance work
  • Coordinate with internal teams and auditors when required

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com preferred)
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in accounting or finance
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • Familiarity with accounting software (Tally, ERP, or similar)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Good analytical and numerical skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
