Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketer located in Lahore. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven marketing strategies to optimize performance across various digital channels. Day-to-day tasks include managing campaigns, analyzing data and metrics, conducting A/B testing, and collaborating with the creative team to enhance overall marketing efforts. The role requires staying updated with industry trends and implementing best practices to ensure effective targeting and maximizing ROI.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in digital marketing, particularly in performance marketing and data analysis
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and familiarity with A/B testing methodologies
  • Skills in campaign management, paid media, and SEO/SEM
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms, like Shopify and WordPress, is a plus
